As bloggers each running a personal site ourselves, we know that guest posting is a fantastic way to introduce your site to a new audience. It’s also the cheapest (ie: free!) kind of marketing you can get!
We’ve recently made changes to our guest posting policy; please read the guidelines before submitting. We also recommend reading our post for 10 tips that will make you an awesome guest poster.

GLO Guest Posting Guidelines:
- All guest posts must be original content. No exceptions! We prefer posts around 500-700 words, and should be sent in Word format or in the body of an email.
- Guest posts must include a short bio (approx. 100 words). Back links to your site, Twitter, Facebook, etc. may be included.
- When emailing your guest post to us, please attach a head shot to accompany your bio. Images should be a minimum of 200×200 pixels.
- Back links listed outside of the bio section to your company will be removed before publishing the post. Links to sites that are not personal blogs will be made nofollow. For dofollow links, please email us about sponsored post opportunities.
- Back links must pertain to the topic of the article. For example, a post on Spring Shoe Fashion with backlinks to a Dog Food brand in the bio will not be published.
- Articles must include a photo – either that you’ve taken personally, or a purchased stock photo. Please attach image files to the email along with your head shot.
